When Santa overrules the parents

Does anyone know who has jurisdiction in a situation like this?

It's probably a moot point now anyways. By this time, the kids would never allow us to get rid of Cringer, even if we had the authority to do it.

I don't know why Santa didn't just get the American Girl doll that Ella had asked for. Maybe Mrs. Claus had a hand in it; now that would be an ironic turn of events wouldn't it?

Well, that shoots my theory down! We've always told our children that Santa can't bring REAL pets, for a variety of reasons (they'd freeze, fall out of the sleigh, eat eachother in Santa's sack...). I am only thankful that Brooklyn is not yet old enough to read. Though, that picture of Ellas says it all. Pure bliss. (You did it just to make me feel like a bad mom...didn't you!!!!!!)
