Today was mostly spent preparing for tomorrow which is going to be kind of a big deal. First of all, it is the Queen's birthday and, by default, mother's day in Thailand. If that wasn't reason enough to do something special for Heather, it is also our 15th wedding anniversary! Fortunately, we have something planned for tomorrow that should be pretty awesome.
We went out in the evening to convert some money to Baht and to do some shopping. We also stopped to visit our friend at his rotee stand, who was wondering why he didn't see us yesterday.
We went back for one final trip to the night bazaar where Ella came through for us and spent every last baht she had (and a little of mom and dad's), and completed her shopping. The above table was definitely the boys' favorite but I told them there was no way we would get any of that stuff onto the plane to take home with us.
We have seen a couple of these fish massage places and I thought it would make for a fun experience and so the three boys each took a turn. Tyson was giggling and squirming around so much that it caused other pedestrians to stop and laugh.
The lady we bought Thai flag bracelets from really liked Deacon.

And seriously, I hope someone in your family always has one hand on Deacon...that lady almost looks like she is going to scoop him up and run off with him.
