And We're Off

This is us super early Tuesday morning at the airport. We're more than ready to leave the snow behind!



Here we are on the plane. This was a first for the kids and they were really excited. They all did awesome. I was a little nervous that they would be scared and that it would bother their ears, but they thought it was fun!



We have now arrived in Disneyland, starving! Our first stop--Downtown Disney--Naples Restaurant. Here they have some awesome pizza and pasta dishes!



After filling our tummies, we wandered around looking at all the stores. We all loved this LEGO store. It was amazing to see this huge giraffe built out of Lego. They also had an R2-D2 robot that even made sounds and Darth Vader that the kids had to pose in front of (they love Star Wars right now--thanks to Chad!)



This picture was taken in front of another store/restaurant that puts on little shows with different birds--maybe other animals too, but we only saw the parrot and heard them announce another bird. Anyways, the best part of this store was that it had a huge salt-water fish tank inside. (It divided the store from the restaurant). Of course Chad and the kids loved it. I seriously don't know how long we were in that store (longer than any other that's for sure!)





Of course everything was all decorated for Christmas. It was quite the sight! Especially at night. Everything had lights and it was beautiful! More to come soon...
